Guideline 3.1 – Assistance in Migration Cases
The following fees apply to all appeals to the Federal Court or Federal Circuit Court for migration matters.
These fees are effective from 1 January this year (unless stated otherwise). For fees payable prior to this see Archived versions of the Handbook.

Guideline 3.2 – Assistance in Migration Cases
The following fees apply to AAT matters under Guideline 3.2 - assistance for migration cases.
